That kind of tells me there are only four galaxies. Am I right?
I don't see how you're coming to that conclusion...

 Screw it never mind. It made me think of something but I don't think its right anymore

Yeah. Anyway, if the king kais refer to them as "Areas" yet use the word "universe" and no one has ever actually said NESW galaxies in the manga then I don't see a reason a to say that the universe is only four galaxies
